Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Kwanexa Innovations (registration no. LA0090299-V, "Kwanexa", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through kwanexainnovations.com (the "Website"). We are based in Malaysia and handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1.What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to submit through our forms:

The Doctor Dashboard live demo can be opened directly from the Website. We do not ask you to register or provide personal details to open it.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, health records or patient information through the Website. Please do not include patient-identifiable information in any form field or email.
2.How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry, demo or pilot request.
- To schedule and carry out demonstrations and pilot onboarding.
- To improve our products and Website.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3.Where your data is stored and who processes it
Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Google LLC), which acts as our data processor. The Doctor Dashboard demo is hosted on Google Cloud Run. Google may process data in data centres outside Malaysia. Access is restricted to authorised Kwanexa personnel.
The Website loads fonts and styling resources from third-party providers (for example Google Fonts). When your browser loads these, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address. We do not control how those providers handle such data; see their own privacy policies.
4.Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the Website (such as Google Cloud), with professional advisers where needed, or where required by law. We do not share your submissions with partners or advertisers.
5.Retention
We keep enquiry and demo data for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is needed for a legal or contractual reason. After that we delete or anonymise it.
6.Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access-controlled cloud storage and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop using it for direct contact. To do so, email us at kwanhuai@kwanexainnovations.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
8.Cookies
The Website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser or our infrastructure providers may use technical storage that is strictly necessary to deliver the Website.
9.Children
The Website is intended for healthcare professionals and organisations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
