These Terms govern your use of kwanexainnovations.com (the "Website") and the Doctor Dashboard live demo operated by Kwanexa Innovations (registration no. LA0090299-V, "Kwanexa", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1.About the Website

The Website presents Kwanexa's tele-rehabilitation products, which include wearable motion sensors, a patient mobile app and a clinician Doctor Dashboard. It also lets healthcare professionals request a demo or apply for a clinical pilot.

2.Not medical advice

Content on the Website, including the live demo, is for general information and product evaluation only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it must not replace the judgement of a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on the Website to make clinical decisions.

3.Doctor Dashboard live demo

• The demo is provided for evaluation only and may change, be reset or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• It is offered "as is" and may be unavailable or contain errors.
• Do not enter real patient or other sensitive personal information into the demo.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the demo or its infrastructure.

4.Demo and pilot requests

Submitting a form is a request for contact only. It does not create a contract, a purchase commitment or a guarantee of a pilot place, pricing or hardware allocation. Any pilot or commercial arrangement will be set out in a separate written agreement.

5.Acceptable use

• Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information in forms.
• Do not submit malicious code, spam or content that infringes anyone's rights.

6.Intellectual property

The Website, its content, the Kwanexa name and logo, and the product software and designs belong to Kwanexa Innovations or its licensors. Third-party names and logos, including UTAR and NVIDIA, belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe affiliations and memberships only; their appearance does not imply endorsement. You may not copy or reuse our materials without written permission.

7.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and demo are provided without warranties of any kind, and Kwanexa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

9.Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
